1Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant", "User", "Buyer", or "Agent") and Malicc ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Malicc multi-tenant e-commerce platform at tiny.malicc.com and related subdomains.

By registering an account, purchasing a store setup, accessing merchant dashboards, topping up credits, or placing buyer orders through storefronts, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with all terms herein.

2Comprehensive Credit System & Pricing Structure

Malicc operates on a dual pricing model consisting of a one-time infrastructure setup fee and a monthly credit-based usage system.

A. One-Time Store Infrastructure Setup Fee

To launch a store on Malicc, merchants must pay a one-time setup fee of ₹3,600 (inclusive of GST). The full amount is added to your store's credit balance, covering automated provisioning of the store's isolated subdomain (e.g. <subdomain>.tiny.malicc.com), database tables, SSL security certificates, and initial storefront deployment.

B. Credit Exchange Rate & Monthly Deductions

  • Credit Exchange Value: 1 Credit = ₹1 INR.
  • Minimum Top-Up Amount: Merchants may top up their credit balance in increments starting at a minimum of 100 Credits (₹100) via Razorpay in the Billing Dashboard.
  • Monthly Platform Deduction: Active provisioned stores are billed an automated monthly platform fee of 300 Credits / month (₹300/month).
  • Automated Worker Cron: A daily background billing worker inspects active provisioned stores every 28 days and automatically deducts 300 credits from the merchant's credit ledger.

C. Grace Period & Store Suspension Rules

If a merchant's credit balance drops below zero (negative credits) during the monthly 300-credit billing run:

  • 7-Day Grace Period: The store status automatically shifts to grace_period. The store remains operational for 7 days to allow the merchant to top up credits.
  • Store Suspension: If the credit balance remains unpaid after the 7-day grace period, the background worker automatically updates the store status to suspended. Suspended storefronts cannot process new checkout orders or display products publicly until the credit balance is replenished.

3Refund & Cancellation Policy

Strict Non-Refundable Policy

All Store Setup Fees (₹3,600) and Credit Top-Up purchases are 100% non-refundable once payment is processed and store infrastructure is provisioned or credits are credited to the merchant account.

Because server provisioning, subdomain allocation, database migration, and cloud resource reservations occur immediately upon payment confirmation, we cannot issue partial or full refunds for store setup fees or unused credit balances.

4Merchant Responsibilities & Buyer Fulfilment

Merchants using Malicc are sole controllers of their storefront listings and agree to:

  • Accurately describe all physical products, digital files, and services offered.
  • Fulfill physical item shipments in a timely manner and manage buyer customer service directly.
  • Upload legitimate digital files to private storage or provide valid access links for digital goods.
  • Ensure products listed do not violate applicable local or international laws, copyright, or trademark rights.

5Payment Processing & Razorpay Route Payouts

Storefront checkout payments are processed securely via Razorpay Integration.

  • Merchants must link their verified Razorpay Account ID (`acc_xxx`) in the Billing Dashboard to receive direct customer order payouts.
  • Malicc does not hold merchant sales revenue. Funds are routed directly according to Razorpay's settlement timelines and terms.
  • Merchants are solely responsible for handling buyer refund requests, chargebacks, and transaction disputes on their store.

6Affiliate Agent Referral Network Terms

Agents participating in the Malicc Referral Program earn commissions for onboarding new merchants:

  • Referral codes must be entered by merchants during the setup fee checkout.
  • Anti-Abuse Rule: Self-referrals (where an agent uses their own referral code for their own merchant account) are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of earned commissions.
  • Commission payouts are subject to verification of paid setup fees and active store status.

7Prohibited Content & Account Termination

The following activities and products are strictly forbidden on Malicc:

  • Selling illegal items, weapons, controlled substances, or counterfeit goods.
  • Distributing malicious software, malware, phishing sites, or fraudulent digital downloads.
  • Engaging in deceptive marketing practices or unauthorized credit card chargebacks.

Malicc reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any store or account violating these policies without prior notice or refund.
